A Star Is Born Invitation Template

The National Council of Physical Distribution Management states that: "Logistics is the efficient transfer of finished products from the outlet of the production lines up to the final consumer and, in some cases includes the transfer of raw materials from sources of supply at the production lines. These activities include transportation, warehousing, materials handling, protective packaging, inventory management, location of buildings and warehouses, order management, forecasting marketing and customer service "(source: http://www.wikipedia.it/ )

but globally it is, doing research, this particular definition of "Production logistics"

The term is used for logistic processes Describing Within an industry. The purpose of production logistics is to ENSURE That Each machine and workstation is Being fed with the right product in the right quantity and quality at the right point in time.
The issue is not the transportation Itself, But to streamline and control the flow through the value adding processes and eliminate non-value adding logistics ones (...) Production Provides the Means to Achieve customer response and capital efficiency. (Source: en.wikipedia.org)

E 'of the latter that I want to talk, but extending the topic, particularly concerning liability account work and (perhaps) even active.

First question: you share the above definition?

Second question: our Italian SMEs, regardless of industry affiliation:
  • needs and must
  • needs but can not or can not
does not need to handle "the logistics of production "or" factory logistics?

Third question: Is it right that an MES system, rather than an ERP or WMS to manage this flow of information? I remember not talking about logistics in the sense of transport, material movements, cost of parking in the warehouse or whatever.
